JB-RS series hot water rotary retort is a cooking sterilizer composed of process tanks, hot water tanks, pumps and automatic control systems such as pull pipes, PLC and touch screen. High-temperature and high-pressure hot water can be used as a heating medium to rapidly sterilize high-temperature and rapid-sterilization foods in a variety of packages such as compound film packages, ligated casing packaging, plastic box packaging, cans, bottle packaging, etc. The food is slowly and continuously rotated in the device so it is heated more quickly and evenly, greatly shortening the entire sterilization process, thus achieving short-term sterilization. The features of this series of equipment are:
1) Rotation mode can avoid overheating around the food.
2) The temperature control system can be flexibly controlled according to the characteristics of different packages.
3) The pressure control system automatically adjusts the pressure in accordance with the standard mode, and corrects the backpressure according to different conditions. This is very beneficial to prevent the container from being deformed and damaged and improve the yield.
4) Through the analysis and inspection of T-t, P-t record curves, production and quality management can be effectively carried out.
5) The main parts such as pots and the parts directly contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the equipment meets the requirements of food hygiene.
