Introduction
Chlorine dioxide, ClO2, is one of the most effective bleaching agents for use in industrial and domestic process and services, and for commercial and consumer products. The strong oxidative potential of the molecule makes it ideal for a wide variety of uses that include disinfecting, sterilizing, and bleaching. Concentrations of chlorine dioxide in an aqueous solution as low as 1 part per million (ppm) or less, are known to kill a wide variety of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi, and spores. Higher concentrations of chlorine dioxide, up to several hundred ppm, provide even higher disinfection, bleaching and oxidation of numerous compounds for a variety of applications, including the paper and pulp industry, waste water treatment, industrial water treatment (e.g. cooling water), fruit-vegetable disinfection, oil industry treatment of sulfites, textile industry, and medical waste treatment

Chlorine dioxide generator is a very reliable and cost effective solution in disinfection technology combining high performance, simplicity of use and low maintenance. Chlorine dioxide generator produces chlorine dioxide safely and efficiently. Chlorine dioxide can be produced by using salt. The simple design reduces operational difficulties, resulting in lower operating cost and easy operator control. Chlorine dioxide generator finds application in almost every industry such as dairy, beverage, pulp and paper, food and vegetable processing, poultry, chemical, power, textile, hotels as well as in hospitals etc.
Components of system
Electrolyte circulating pump
Imported chemical grade magnetic pump, forced circulation of anode and cathode electrolyte, no difference in concentration between anode and cathode of electrolyzer, and improve electrochemical efficiency.
Perfluorinated electrolytic membrane
High electrolysis efficiency, low electrical resistance, low power consumption, low salt consumption and long service life.
Electrode
The electrode is coated with a Ru – Ir - Pt precious metal, high electrolysis performance and long service life.
High frequency switch electrolysis power supply
The high-frequency switch electrolysis power supply electronic components adopt international first-line brand accessories, with high electrolysis efficiency and extremely low failure rate. The electrolytic power supply housing is made of PVC material and is corrosion resistant.
