Introduction
Super Alkaline Ionized Water is a strong alkali electrolysis water maximizing concentration of hydrogen ions (pH12.5) and oxidoreduction potential (-900mV). Unlike general detergents and cleaners, Super Alkaline Ionized Water is reliable and safe cleaning/washing water with high cleansing, sterilization and deodorizing effects which doesn't contain any synthetic surface activators or chemical substances. This "user-friendly and eco-friendly" product can be used for any purpose, applicable for both professional, domestic and family usage.
Characteristics of industrial electrolyzed water equipment
1. The strong alkaline water equipment adopts the most advanced electrolytic membrane separation technology in the world. The main control equipment is composed of electromagnetic equipment, electrolysis activation tank, control electric appliance, etc. Water channel and electrical control are combined for convenient to use and small footprint
2. The strong alkaline water equipment adopts titanium coated platinum-iridium electrode material to prevent oxidation of the electrode plate during electrolysis and improve the life of the electrode and the whole equipment.
3. The equipment is controlled by PLC program, and the man-machine interface touch screen operation can display various operating states intuitively on the display screen, and the operation is safe and reliable.
4. Online display parameters such as pH value, ORP value, conductivity value, electrolysis current and cumulative running time of the equipment.
5. The device has the function of manually and automatically flushing the electrolytic cell, which effectively removes the scale inside the electrolytic tank and prolongs the service life of the electrolytic tank.
6, The device has an automatic solvent-dissolving function, which is accurate, saves time and effort.
7, the equipment has a variety of automatic protection functions, such as overheat protection, waterless protection, lack of water in the medicine box, pH value is too high.

Principle of machine
The machine produce alkali water by direct electric current electrolysis in its Made-in-Japan membrane electrolytic cell. Pure water will be delivered into the electrolytic cell for electrolysis, the positive ion will pass through the membrane while negative ion is blocked and kept in the Cathode room, and mix with the OH- in cathode room, makes the PH raise above 12.
