Principle
The slightly alkaline electrolyzed water is made by electrolysis tank imported from Japan and processed by direct current electrolysis. After the pre-treatment, the pure water enters the electrolysis cell for electrolysis. Since the ionic membrane separates the anode and cathode of the cell, cations can enter the cathode from the anode and block anions from entering the anode from the cathode while preventing gas mixing between the cathode and the anode. In the cathode tank, H2O on the cathode side is electrolyzed to generate H2 and hydroxide ions O H-, so that the pH of the solution is greater than 7.5, that is, alkaline electrolyzed water.
Features of equipment
1. Strong versatility. No matter where or when, as long as you have an electrolytic ion water machine, you can produce industrial oil cleaning agents yourself;
2. The conditions of use are low. Power consumption: as long as AC220V 1KW power supply is supplied, it is not subject to industrial AC 380V limit;
Water consumption: Just provide 3L/Min pure water. (It is also possible to use tap water, but it is not recommended.)
3. Large capacity. The flow rate of electrolyzed water is: 3L/Min, and 2160L of alkaline ionized water can be produced in one day (by 12H/day).
It can meet the cleaning agent dosage requirements of 10 tank automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines.
4. Low cost of use.
1) No other consumables, only electricity and pure water supply.
2) One machine one day (12H/day) produces 2160L of water, calculated at a market price of 20 yuan/L, and the value created in one day is 43,200 yuan.
3) Since the manufacturer produces the cleaning liquid by itself, the chemical cleaning liquid is purchased compared with the traditional channel, which saves the logistics cost.
4) The production cost of alkaline electrolytic ionized water is low, which is incomparable with traditional chemical cleaning liquid.
5. It can be combined with the concentration detection dosing machine to form an automatic dosing system. Ensure that the OH- concentration in the tank is constant (pH is constant).
6. No chemical waste liquid discharge, absolutely environmentally friendly.
