About strong acid ionize water
Strong acid electrolytic ionized water is pure water produced by tap water through a water purification system and produced by electrolysis by a special electrolysis device. Electrolyzed water with slight hypochlorous acid (HCLO), low pH value (2.2 to 2.7), high oxidation-reduction potential (ORP value of +100 mv or more), and low concentration of available chlorine (30 to 70 mg/L)
Characteristics and advantages of electrolyzed water
1. Strong disinfection and sterilization, PH value 2.0~3.0, and the disinfectant active ingredient is hypochlorous acid
2. Low cost of use, which can save more than half of the cost compared to traditional chemicals.
3. Environmentally friendly, non-corrosive.
4. Rinsing water is less, because the ingredients are originally water, compared to chemical cleaning agents, only a small amount of pure water can be rinsed clean.
5. Because it does not contain chemical ingredients, it is non-toxic and harmless, absolutely environmentally friendly, and can be directly discharged after degreasing, reducing sewage treatment costs.
Strong acid electrolyzed water equipment features
1. The strong acid electrolyzed water equipment adopts Japanese electrolysis generating device, which is mainly composed of electrolysis activation tank, platinized titanium alloy electrode plate, power supply and control system. The control system can adjust voltage, current, and electrode polarity.
2. The electrolyzed water equipment adopts titanium-coated platinum-iridium electrode material to prevent oxidation of the electrode plate during electrolysis and improve the life of the electrode and the whole equipment.
3. In the process of water production, the electrolyzed water equipment can produce weak alkaline disinfection water with different pH values (2~4) by adjusting the current to meet the needs of different customers.
4. Adopt the most advanced electrolysis water manufacturing process: electric separation and combination technology to ensure the treatment of water quality. The system is fully prepared and has ample margin, fully automatic operation, and the pH of the effluent is stable.
5. The strong acid electrolyzed water equipment has low operating cost and can produce micro-acidic electrolyzed water in a continuous operation.
