Answer:Pass the non-loop end of the strap through a slot on the top edge of the cart. Then pass the non-loop end of the strap through the loop end and tighten it. Lift back straight up high enough to clear rear dolly and move rear of sleds over dolly and lower into place. Fairly simple to do.
