Usage Instructions:
1. Setup: Ensure that the reflow oven is properly installed and connected to the power supply. Set up the heating zones according to the soldering profile requirements for the components being soldered.
Programming: Use the oven's control interface to program the temperature profiles for each heating zone. 2. Set the desired ramp-up rate, peak temperature, and cooling rate based on the solder paste and components' specifications.

5. Operation: Start the reflow oven and monitor the temperature profiles and conveyor speed. The oven will automatically transport the PCBs through the heating zones, subjecting them to the programmed temperature profiles for soldering.
6. Inspection: After the soldering process is complete, inspect the PCBs for proper solder wetting and joint formation. Perform any necessary rework or touch-up to address any soldering defects.
7. Cooling and Unloading: Once the soldering process is finished, the conveyor system will transport the PCBs through the cooling zone to rapidly cool them down. After cooling, unload the soldered PCBs from the oven.
8. Maintenance: Regularly clean the reflow oven to remove any flux residues or debris that may affect its performance. Inspect and replace any worn-out or damaged heating elements or conveyor components as needed.
