SME-820 Stencil Cleaning Machine 80L Automatic Solder Paste Printed Stencil Cleaning Machine  is an automatic, industrial + PLC controlled and MES system connected smart equipment. SME-820 has MES modular and MES port and can provide machine parameters to customers' MES system.

SME-820 Multi-application range: solder paste stencil, red glue stencil, 3mm thickness red glue cooper stencil, 3mm red glue plastic stencil, mis-printed PCB and squeegees.

Automatic wash process: water-based liquid wash--DI water rinse--hot air blow dry.  

Most stable mechanism structure--4 cleaning spray rods and 4  air knives fixed at the left and right side of stencil; stencil move back and forth in the cleaning cabinet..

Printed Stencil Cleaning Machine Features:

1. Process: water-based liquid wash + DI water rinse+ hot air blow dry process.
