Most electronic product manufacturers in the market use fully automatic solder paste printers to produce SMT products. The automatic solder paste printing machine prints the solder paste onto the pads of the components on the bottom plate. PCB placement is accomplished using a conveyor belt carried by the edge. Process parameters such as blade speed, blade pressure, print length, and non-contact spacing are programmable. The positioning of the PCB is to use the positioning hole or the edge of the board. Some devices can even use the vision system to adjust the PCB and the steel plate in parallel. When using this type of vision system, the error caused by the edge positioning can be avoided and the positioning can be made. It becomes easy, and manual positioning confirmation is replaced by the visual system. The newer solder paste printers are equipped with a video lens that can be used to monitor the printing situation at any time.
