HT-E8D can produce two different products at same time which have dual system, dual module. It is max pcb size is 1200*300 mm, the min pcn is 100*100 mm.
There are two mounting part, each mounting part 8 heads, it is mounting speed reach 80000 chip per hour.
It is mounitng precision is reach 0.02 mm, and the x axis is magnetic linear motor, the y axis and the z axis is servo motor.
