Application
Solder paste mixer is appled to the SMT Line, it is function is mixing the solder paste automatically, The stirring method using revolution and rotation to generate centrifugal force is a kind of non-contact stirring. You can directly take a can of 500g solder paste out of the refrigerator without warming up, put it in and stir immediately without opening it. After 2-3 minutes, the effect of returning to temperature, stirring and defoaming can be achieved.
And it save the time and the labor cost for factory, small machine but big function.
The purpose of warming up is to make the temperature of the solder paste roughly the same as that of the room, so that there will be no temperature difference during use and absorb moisture in the air.
The purpose of stirring is: because the solder paste is made by stirring tin powder, solder paste and solvent, the heavier metal powder will sink to the lower part, while the lighter solvent will float on the surface of the solder paste, which is why a The reason why the surface of the bottle of solder paste that has not been stirred will be covered with oily things after opening. Stirring enables the tin powder and solvent components to be fully mixed evenly, and can play a greater role in soldering.
