Brief introduction of ET5235
The PCB loading direction of ET5235 can be selected and combined freely.with unique crafted internal gear conveyor belt to prevent jamming.Adopt programmable transport speed control makes PCB stop more precise and use flexible side clamps and segmented supports to effectively clamp the PCB to ensure a fully balanced contact between the PCB and the steel mesh.The optimally designed module drive structure effectively improves the stability of the platform calibration,and realizes ultra-small transmission under fine-tuning,so that the machine can meet the printing requirements of higher precision.The structure is simple and reliable,the adjustment is convenient, and the height adjustment of the support PIN of the PCB board with different thicknesses can be quickly realized.The most important thing is that the operating system is simple.The operation interface is simple and easy to learn and use;it has a good man-machine dialogue function;the program file has teaching and navigation functions, each step has a prompt,Chinese and English key switching, as well as fault record analysis and diagnosis functions.this machine is suitable for printing the max PCB size is 520*350mm,the mini size is 50*50mm.
The working principle
The working principle of the full-automatic printer is that the circuit board to be printed is first fixed on the printing positioning table, and then the left and right scrapers of the printer print the solder paste or red glue on the corresponding pads through the steel mesh, and the PCB with uniform printing is input to the mounter through the transmission table for automatic mounting.
Precautions for the use of the printing machine: The best scraper material is steel scraper, which is conducive to the forming and stripping of the solder paste printed on the PCB.The thickness of the steel mesh and the shape and proportion of the openings shall be selected according to the requirements of the product. The tension test shall be carried out on the steel mesh once a week, and the required tension value shall be above 35 N/cm.And when printing 5-10 PCB boards continuously, wipe them once with dust-free screen paper, preferably not with rags.
