For the production of bulb, because the PCB board of bulb is very small, RT-1 is generally recommended. The size of the largest suitable PCB board is 450 * 350mm. RT-1 is also a popular machine with very high cost performance.

Semi automatic printing machine: solder paste is leaked onto the solder pad of PCB board through steel mesh
Docking station: transmission PCB board, with buffer function
Mounter: accurately mount components on the designated position of PCB
Reflow soldering: through high temperature, the solder paste is melted to make the components and PCB board better adhere.
RT-1: there are 10 heads and 32 Feeders material stations. The theoretical capacity can reach 40000 CPH and the actual capacity can reach 20000-30000 CPH. Of course, this is not absolute, but depends on the number of components on your PCB
There are two sets of cameras: a visual recognition camera and a mark correction camera, which identify the unknown position of the component and the position of the mark point. The identification of the component position is to more accurately absorb the component, and the mark point is to mount the component on the designated position of the PCB; The XY axis is a linear motor, so that the mounting accuracy is higher, the service life is longer, and the mounting is stable. Each suction nozzle is controlled by an independent servo motor. The whole design greatly improves the mounting accuracy, the service life of the machine, and also improves the production plan and reduces the production cost.
