Product description

T9-2S LED strip Mounting machine, This is the design style of our company, the blue and white background color makes you feel smooth in appearance.

T9-2S is our company's machine specially used to produce LED flexible light strips, which also means that as long as it is LED light strips, it can be produced no matter what length it is.

Our machine can produce flexible light strips of any length, no matter it is 5m, 10m, 50m, 100m, and there is no problem if you want to produce 200m or longer.

Because the first reason is that the length of the PCB board of our machine is 250mm* any length.

It should be noted that 250mm is the width here, which is the standard width of the LED lamp industry

Let us continue to understand this machine. Its length is 3454mm, its width is 3035mm, its height is 1777mm, and its total weight is 3100kg. In fact, as a machine, this is also a relatively large volume.

This is because this machine is designed with two modules. As I mentioned before, because the PCB board is very simple to make LED light strips, the production speed has become a very critical factor. This is why we made two modules for T9-2S, just to increase its production capacity. The ideal production capacity of this machine can reach 500000CPH.

The first is the dual-module structure, which makes it much more in the head than other machines, which is what we call "born to win", maximizing the talent advantage.

The number of heads in one module has reached 68PCS, so the T9-2S of the two modules has a total of 136 heads, which is the secret of its super fast production capacity.

SMT detection

In LED lights making machine production, in addition to manual visual inspection, defects in the production process can also be detected by machines, such as AOI optical inspection.

The machine automatically scans the PCB through a camera, captures images, and compares the tested solder joints with qualified parameters in the database. And after image processing, inspect the defects on the PCB and display/mark the defects through the display, or automatically mark them out for repair. It adopts high-speed, high-precision vision processing technology to automatically detect various installation errors and soldering defects on the PCB board. PCB boards range from fine-pitch high-density boards to low-density large boards, providing in-line inspection solutions to improve production efficiency and soldering quality.

 

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) will reduce defects and find and eliminate errors early in the assembly process for good process control. Early detection of defects will avoid sending bad PCBs to subsequent assembly stages, and will reduce repair costs and avoid scrapping non-repairable boards.
