The HW-DSQ800-120F is our most popular model with Vision. The HW-DSQ800-120F offers technologically advanced features with 260mm x 400mm work area, 120 single feeder positions where quick setup, easy of operation and high reliability are paramount.
Automatic PCB loader The SMT placement machine can directly put the printing finished PCB board onto the track to realize automatic board loading, aiming and placing and mounting. It supports multi-feeders: maximum 50 feeders. The size of standard IC tray, tube feeder, stick feeder can be adjustable.
Synchronous identification by four sets of cameras The SMT placement machine is equipped with 6 cameras: one MARK, one high precision camera and 4 high-speed cameras. It can realize 4-head synchronous identification to ensure the speed and precision of mounting. The standard configuration is 16 JUKI high precision suction nozzles.
Servo system The SMT placement machine is equipped with servo system imported from Panasonic, Japan with high precision and stability to ensure 24-hour stable mounting.
Chain It adopts high pressure resistant and wear-proof drag chain which is the same type as the one of imported machines. The drag chain can bear thousands of times of proof pressure.
Track
It adopts high precision track from TBI Taiwan which has low noise and high precision to ensure the accuracy rate of BGA chips.
Conveyor
This SMT placement machine can be automatically connected to conveyor which can transport the PCB board to the SMT reflow soldering machine without manual assistant, thus saving labor cost.
1) 120pcs 8mm material stations support NXT electric feeder, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm and 44mm NXT electric feeder,,vibration feeder and IC trays.
2) NXT electric platform specification: 8mm-44mm NXT electric feeder, electric feeder stable feeding, high precision, long service life.
8 groups of independent mounting heads - 8 groups of mounting heads are distributed with different nozzles, which are suitable for the mounting requirements of products with more specifications.
1) 8 groups of mounting heads can realize the double arms and four heads pick simultaneously,pick up the material at same time, The picking efficiency is improved greatly.
2) The mounting head can rise and fall independently, rotate from 0 to 360 degrees, and mount up to 20 mm components.
3) The z-axis can rise and fall independently according to the thickness of the components,For the resistance and capacitance components, the mounting head can realize the fly visual identification, High components can be mounted at reduced speed.
4) It can meet the requirements of different sizes of components, different specifications and different packages, achieve diversity, one-time placement.
