1, 24H Running without Interrupt:Some other brand uses
general motors or motors with poor quality, which need to be shut
down for cooling after working for several hours; we company
adopts H-class high-quality high-temperature resistant motor for
this oven, which can withstand 350 ℃ in a short time. Even at
300 ℃, it can still support 24-hour uninterrupted operation and ultra
long service time.
2, Long life Special Design Heating Tube :
it’s the core accessory of
the oven; Some manufacturers should to replace the heating pipe
after one year or even several months. But our company can be
used continuously for 60000 hours without annual replacement,
Technically can running 28 years
3, Enough Heating area/ super Temp Uniformity:The effective
welding area in the furnace is 350 * 250mm, without any blind
space in this tray,any area can be welded properly；There will be no
issues of uniformity that often occurs with other brand Oven: when
other brand simple equipment are welding, the PCB in the middle of
the furnace are almost over welded, and the tin on the edges and
four corners is not melted. This is we called “Temp Uniformity” that
is the main differences between our oven and the simple reflow
equipment of other manufacturers.
4,Power Saving: Start power is 2.6kw. After the equipment runningHigh Quality, Global Trust
stably, it is only 1.0kw. Single phase 220V lighting power supply can be
used with ordinary 10A socket, which is convenient to use.
5,Accurate Temp Control and Rapid Temp Rise:Our reflow
oven adopts special design instruments, intelligent PID control,
accurate temperature control,
Temp control deviation reaches ± 5 ℃, the number of temp control
sections is 1-16, the control panel can save 4 Temp curve and
different process curves can also be selected, which can
communicate with the computer through the external 485 line.
6,Reasonable Design, Thick Insulation Layer:本 We reflow
oven weight is about 45 kg, while some other brand weight is less
than 10 kg, which is very different. Other brand oven does not
include the bottom heating zone, inner tank and other accessories.
