Introduction to YAMAHA Pick And Place Machine
YAMAHA Pickup and placement machine YSM10 is the latest development based on three "one in one" concepts, offering 1) the first installation speed combination in its class; 2) Single head solution without replacement, and 3) integration of three YS12 type models into one platform.
At the same time, the specifications of all three current models of the YAMAHA YS12 series have been integrated into a single platform with the flexibility and mobility of the compact high-speed modular YS12. A partially simplified version of the compact Economy modular YS12P, and a multi-functional compact modular YS12F.
In addition, thanks to the integration of the common functions of two advanced machines, picking and identification errors can be suppressed and machine downtime losses reduced.
Main features of YAMAHA Pick And Place Machine
1) YAMAHA Pick And Place Machine speeds up 25% or more over traditional models and achieves the fastest mounting capability in the world, based on the ideal concept of a 1-head solution capable of handling a wide range of parts while maintaining high speed without the need to change the head, we introduce the upper die Z: LEX YSM20 cultivates various technologies. By using the latest technologies, such as the same lightweight and compact universal HM (High Speed Multi) head as the upper mode and a new generation of servo systems, it can achieve an increase of 25% or more compared to conventional machines (YS12). It delivers the world's fastest installation capacity at 46,000 CPH (in the company's best conditions) and is versatile enough to handle loads of 03015 (0.3 mm x 0).
In addition, by improving the performance of the scanning camera, the YAMAHA take-and-place machine extends the dimension compatibility range of components for high-speed installation from 8mm to 12mm.
