Cleaning area: The cleaning tank is used to recover and store the cleaning fluid, and perform 3-level filtering, heating and monitoring, and level monitoring of the cleaning fluid.

Filtering device: stainless steel filter screen 1mm (2 pieces), cleaning and recycling filter element 0.45UM (1 piece);

Heating power: 9KW (1 bar), heating temperature: room temperature-70 ℃ (adjustable);

Liquid level protection: low, middle, stop, over limit;

Spray pressure: 0.1-0.6Mpa (adjustable)

Rinsing area: The rinsing water storage tank is used to recover the stored water, and perform open-loop rinsing, heating and monitoring, and level monitoring of the rinsing water.

Rinsing water pump: 5.5KW (shared cleaning water pump) 4 spray arms, 56 nozzles (shared cleaning);

Tank volume of rinsing spray chamber: ≤20L (1 unit);

Heating power of rinsing spray chamber box: 6KW (1 bar); heating temperature: room temperature-40°C (adjustable);

It can effectively clean the residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux/solder paste and other organic and inorganic contaminants on the surface of SMT/THT PCBA after soldering;

b. Cleaning of solder paste on PCB boards with poor printing, cleaning of squeegee solder paste, etc.
