Characteristic:
1. multi blade PCB cutter. Using a unique cutting method, the cutting of the plate splitter is completed by six blades, and the upper and lower blades are grouped into one cutting unit. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages: group A cutter cuts 40% of the circuit board first, then group B cutter runs through the slot cut by group A cutter again, and completes 40% of the cutting volume again. At last, the last 20% of the cutter is cut and polished by group C blade. Because of the small amount of cutting each time, the stress generated in the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the cut circuit board is smooth and smooth, the board surface is very flat and does not warp. It is the only one on the market that can ensure the cutting after cutting. A machine that does not deform aluminum plates.
2. Multi-knife PCB cutting machine. Due to multiple cutting, the cutting process is very smooth, greatly improving the positioning ability of the V-CUT slot. Even if the V-CUT slot is very shallow, the V-CUT slot will not jump out of the guiding knife, avoiding bad.
3. Due to the small cutting force of the blade and the high-speed steel material imported from Sweden, the durability of the blade is greatly improved. When the aluminum substrate is divided, the blade life can reach more than one year.
4. All cutting blades are calibrated by dual-frequency laser interferometer to ensure that the back knives can continue to cut accurately in the groove cut by the front knives. The knives jump no more than 0.02mm, ensuring perfect cutting quality.
