A: We have our own factory.
Q: Can I get samples for testing from your factory?
A: Samples are available, but all customers need to pay the sample fee and shipping cost, please note it, thanks.
Q: What is the MOQ of your products?
A: The MOQ of our products is 100pcs for one model one size.
Q: We'd like to print our logo on the appliances, can you make it?
A: We provide OEM service which including logo printing, stickets design and carton design.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: 20-30 days after receving deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal confition.
Q: I'd like to know your payment way.
A: Basicaly, the payment way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Fuel Source
The fire pit is designed, and safety certified, to run on propane, butane using a standard 20 lb tank (not included). The consumption rate is approximately 10 hours on a full 20 lb tank.
