Yes, it is including the customer logo & customer package printing design, but need annual buying quantity 5000pcs and each order MOQ 500pcs;

Normally 500pcs for ODM, small quantity is also available.

5.Do you accept sample order?

Sample usually 3-5 days after payment received.

6.How long is the vacuum cleaner working time at normal full battery capacity?
It depend on different ground, wood floor, tile, marble ground about 120 -160 minutes, short woollen carpet about 90 -120 minutes.

The machine can clean the beneath of the table, bed, other furniture which feet higher than 10 cm.

Normally the battery capacity will no loss within 1000 times recharge. The capacity will loss after

Normally machine will turn back to schedule other cleaning route when meet a obstacle.

11.Why the machine drop out rubbish when it is working?
please check if the dustbin is full and clean the dustbin in time.
