Smart Advanced Metering Infrastructure Data Collector For Remote Meter Reading System

Performance and Feature:

• It will collect the meter data automatically and can store the data of 128 units of meter at most. The data can be stored 10 years after power off.
• Built-in low power multi-channel wireless data transmission module. Can support 8 network communication frequency band. Strong immunity from interface, and high efficiency of data collection.
• The wireless data transmission module has the function of dynamic self networking, and it can support the 10 class relay rout at most. It can maintain the network connection automatically, and it has the wide scope of signal coverage indicator, and the communication indicator will be lighted when has data communication.
• Collector ID number will can’t be repeated in the wireless network which covered by the same one concentrator. It allows access to 255 units collector at most. When has multi wireless network and overlapping signal, it can set up the different network communication frequency band through the debugging hand-held device. Collector ID number can be repeated in different frequency band wireless network.

Installation Requirements:

• Wall mounted, has three fixed holes, can be fixed on the wall surface.
• Collector should be installed in the building, if outdoor installation, should configure the outdoor protective box, in avoid the direct sunlight and rain.
• Collector should be installed the at the position which the meter is relatively concentrated.
• The power supply of collector should be stable, in avoid the data can’t be collect caused by the power outage. The power line adopts the 2×0.5mm² thickness or thicker wires, and install the earth-leakage protective device.

Application Method Description:
 

• Fix on the collector according to the dimension holes position of collector.
• Fix on the antenna according to the above installation requirement of antenna.
• If it is the RS-485 collector, M-BUS collector, please connect the collector to the direct communication cable of meter, and also pay attention to the polarity and topological method of communication cable.
• The collector is powered on, the operating indicator will be lighted, and the collector start to work.
• The collector has the upload and download communication indicator, and the communication indicator will be lighted when has data communication.
