Normal power supply: Install 4pcs new AAA alkaline batteries to the smart door lock, can power more than 6 months and 180000 times using. It supports lower power reminder, when it remind low power, pls replace the batteries timely.
Emergency power supply: The smart door lock is with a USB port, if the batteries areexhausted, users can connect power bank to the USB port for emergency powersupply.
2- Are there mechanical keys come with the lock as backup? Yes, sure.
3-Does the APP is free? Yes, the Tuya and TTLock APP is free all the time.
4- How long can I use the smart door lock? You can use it until you don’t want it. Just like the refrigerator, TV set in your home.
5- What’s the order MOQ for the smart door locks? MOQ is 1pc, sample order is welcomed.
