STE38-A is an three phase prepaid electricity meter with STS standard compliant, keypad type, automatically connection or disconnection. This kind of electricity meter is three-phase prepaid electricity meter. Three-phase electricity meter has the characteristics of high accuracy, accurate measurement, low maintenance workload, high work efficiency, low requirements for transportation and installation conditions, low power consumption, energy saving, good for reducing line loss, strong anti-power theft function, strong overload ability, low failure rate.
Three-phase watt-hour meter is applicable to commercial buildings and public infrastructure buildings to realize the measurement and statistics of electric energy consumption in different areas or different loads in buildings. Three-phase watt-hour meter is suitable for the statistics and internal accounting of electric energy consumption of different production lines or loads in industrial buildings.

Application
Count electricity consumption over users’ period time. When the meter runs out of power, a warning is issued, and the main system can remotely control the switch and disconnect the network, so the user can no longer use the power. Only when the user recharges and enters the corresponding TOKENS, the network will be connected remotely and the user can continue to use it. In this way, the user can avoid the situation that the user defaults on the electricity bill but continues to use electricity endlessly, and help the supplier to better manage the user.

How to recharge
1. By Stronpay vending software
When it it no credits,the meter will switch off,users can recharge by going to local sales point or use handheld mobile vending unit.Once they get the 20 digits TOKEN,input it by integrated keypad and will recharge successfully.
2.By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
In some areas,utility is too far and it takes users too much time to go there.Now users can directly use the third party APP to buy electricity,normally they will receive the TOKEN by SMS and enter it to the meter,then recharge completes.
3.By the AMI system
AMI System is a remote reading system based on GPRS and RF-LoRa connected with energy meters where online recharge is available.
