Application
LS-W type screw conveyor is suitable for Bar Screen slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, sewage pretreatment devices in residential communities, municipal rain/sewage pumping stations and water plants. It is mainly used in conjunction with grids or dehydrators and other equipment. Bar screen slag or dewatered sludge is transported.

Structure and Working Principle
The equipment adopts a screw type. When the material enters the hopper of the conveyor, the material is pushed and slid by the rotation of the spiral blade, and sent to the discharge port along the U-shaped conveying groove, and is matched with the press or garbage trolley to carry the material for next processing.

Main Features
 

1. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel shaft helical gear reducer, which has a compact structure and a stable and safe operation.

2. The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the spiral blade and the rotation direction of the motor, and it can realize bidirectional conveying.

3. The U-shaped groove is equipped with inner lining, which has strong wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement.

4. The conveyor frame is fixed by expansion bolts, no embedded parts are needed.

5. The equipment can be linked to the supporting equipment for convenient control, and it can also be equipped with an on-site control box by itself.

 

 
Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
