Structure and Working Principle

The cyclone grit chamber adopts a cone-bottomed circular tank with a paddle separator in the tank. The tangential inflow of the sewage from the tank is rotated by 270. Afterwards (clockwise from the top view), it is discharged from the discharge channel, using a certain flow rate of the inlet water as a power, and moving tangentially along the inner wall of the circular grit chamber to form a swirling flow. At the same time, it is stirred by the blades to make the liquid swirl and flow together. The axial vortex accelerates the sedimentation of sand particles in the sewage and effectively separates the organic matter and sand particles in the water. At the same time, it also uses the principle that the closer the center the water flow cross section is, the faster the water flow speed, and the centripetal increase of the bottom water flow speed is used to settle the sand at the bottom Move to the center sand bucket in a spiral trajectory. The organic matter rises upward in the center of the pool and is discharged along with the effluent flow. The bottom sand is lifted by the lifting device and enters the sand-water separator for sand-water separation, and the sewage returns to the bar screen well.

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
