Working Principle

Rotary drum micro filter is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment, which can effectively reduce the suspended solids (SS) in sewage. Its working principle is: sewage flows into the hollow drum, and due to gravity, it moves from the inner side of the filter to the outer side. Outflow, the suspended solids in the water are trapped inside the stainless steel filter. The rotating drum rotates slowly, and the backwashing pump draws and filters the effluent to backwash the filter screen. The flushing water passes through the nozzle at the top of the drum to flush the filter from the outside to the inside of the filter. The washed particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipe.

Equipment Structure

Rotary drum type micro filter, please refer to the right picture for the structure of the main parts of the equipment:

1. Drive device: It provides power for the rotation of the drum, adopts direct drive, no intermediate transmission pair, and has a simple and stable structure;

2. Box body: The box body is a semi-closed structure and is a drum carrier. There are water inlet area and steady flow area inside, so that the water flow into the drum is stable, and the filtering effect is improved;

3. Cover: Keep the whole machine in a closed structure, effectively avoid water splash, and improve the operating ring

territory;

4. Rotary drum: It is a micro-filter mesh carrier, with one end closed and the other open structure. The filtrate enters through the open end and is discharged after being filtered by the filter. The closed end is connected with the driving device;

5. Flushing device: to provide protection for the cleaning and regeneration of the micro filter. This equipment provides a two-way cleaning waterway. When the concentration of suspended matter in the filtrate is high, the two-way cleaning can be turned on to ensure the cleaning effect of the filter;

6. Micro filter: This component is the core component of the device. The fine 316L stainless steel mesh in this part is connected to the upper and lower 316L stainless steel circular steel wire cross-grid frame by special processing technology, and pressed in the stainless steel plate frame, so that the filter screen guarantees sufficient filtration area and sufficient strength. Compared with other fixing methods, this kind of circular steel wire mesh frame is more smooth, and the probability of intercepting and pulling the filamentous suspended matter in the sewage is lower, which fully guarantees the sewage treatment effect. The assembly design of the filter screen and the drum body is ingenious, which can be easily disassembled and installed;

7. Liquid level detection: This equipment is equipped with a liquid level detection device, which can detect low, medium and high water levels. It can be combined with the frequency converter to automatically realize the low, medium and high speed operation of the drive device, which can ensure the filtering effect and make The equipment life cycle is extended. It also has ultra-low water level shutdown and ultra-high water level alarm functions;

8. Observation door: The movable observation door is convenient for daily inspection, maintenance and overhaul, and the opening and closing is flexible;

9. Sewage discharge tank: The collection tank on the drum can collect the suspended matter intercepted by the filtration into the sewage tank. At the same time, the fine suspended matter sticking to the filter screen and mesh is washed by the washing device and the sewage is also collected in the In the sewage tank and discharged through the sewage pipe, so that the dirt will not accumulate inside the equipment;

10. Support device: play a role in supporting the normal operation of the drum. Made of special maintenance-free materials, no need for lubrication and routine maintenance, long service life and easy disassembly and replacement;

11. Flushing water pump: Provides a high-pressure, clean water source for the flushing device, and the cleaning water source is taken from the water filtered by itself. In order to prevent the nozzle from clogging, an additional filter is installed in the pipeline to more fully ensure the cleaning effect of the flushing device on the filter. The amount of flushing water required by this equipment is very small, accounting for only about 0.5% of its own processing capacity, making this equipment more energy-saving and environmentally friendly;

12. Piping system: for water inlet and outlet, and for emptying of the equipment itself.

Main Features

1. Excellent filter media performance. The filter medium used in the filter of this equipment is stainless steel. Compared with the fiber cloth and polyester material of the turntable filter, it has many advantages: good pore uniformity, high tensile strength, fast filtering speed, long-lasting durability, not easy to block, and strong corrosiveness resistance.

2. Easy to replace the filter. The independent mesh can be removed independently without affecting other filters.

3. Strong impact resistance. The equipment can operate normally when the inlet water SS is not higher than 40mg/L1.

4. The filter can run continuously. Backwashing and filtering do not affect each other.

5. Small head loss. The head loss is less than 30cm.

6. Good treatment effect. The effluent quality SS is less than 10mg/L.

7. Run fully automated control.

8. Small footprint. In the case of the same treatment water volume, the area of TR type micro filtration equipment is much smaller than other filtration process equipment.

9. Backwashing consumes little water. Impurities are not easy to accumulate on the filter screen, and the backwash high-pressure water can easily remove impurities. The water used is taken from the filtered water, and the water consumption is 0.3% of the treated water volume, which is much lower than the 3% -5% water consumption of other similar filters

10. Low operating energy consumption, less than 1/4 of other similar filters, operating cost per ton of water is 0.002 yuan.
