Application
The automatic dosing device is produced for the treatment of water supply, boiler water, circulating water, and waste water in power plants, and can also be used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, and water supply systems.
Application of automatic dosing device in ventilation engineering: High concentration of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and other chemical scales and living sludge will deposit on the condenser with higher temperature, which will cause a serious decrease in the refrigeration capacity of the main engine. This requires an automatic dosing device to treat the water quality.
Structure
Automatic dosing device, mainly including solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type filter, safety valve, back pressure valve, check valve, pulse damper, water level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, installation platform, etc. Installed on a base. The user only needs to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing tube to the power supply, and start the operation. During the operation, the pH of the fluid is automatically detected and the corresponding liquid is added. A complete set of factory equipment can greatly reduce the workload of design and on-site construction, basically realize unattended, and provide a reliable guarantee for the quality, safety and on-site operation of the whole machine.
■ Main Features
1. Three-tank integrated continuous preparation, easy to operate and maintain.
2. Dry powder or liquid polymer can be double fed to meet different needs.
3. The PLC runs fully automatically, saving labor.
4. A screw pump or a metering pump can be used for the pharmaceutical dosing (the former is conventionally used), and the measurement is accurate and adjustable.
5. The equipment has no base and fixed, exquisite appearance and easy maintenance.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
