The peripheral drive sludge suction machine is mainly composed of working bridge (including walkway and escalator), drive device, sludge collecting tank, sludge suction device, vacuum pumping and siphon damage system, rotary fixing mechanism, scraper assembly, skimming mechanism, slag bucket assembly, weir cleaning brush, control cabinet, all connecting fasteners, spare parts, etc.
Working principle
The peripheral sludge scraper and suction machine scrapes and collects the sludge to the central sludge collecting tank by the scraper through the deceleration drive and the transmission of the suspension component, and discharges the sludge out of the tank by the hydrostatic pressure or pump. The middle water inlet and sludge discharge are adopted, and the surrounding drainage is adopted to ensure uniform water flow. Self suction sludge discharge with liquid level difference is adopted, and scum scraping and discharging device and overload protection device are provided.
