The three box automatic dosing device is an automatic and continuous flocculant dissolving and preparing device. The configured solution range is 0-5000 liters, and the concentration is 0.1-0.3%. The agent enters the instant mixer from the screw propeller for premixing with clean water. The wetted materials enter the configuration tank for mixing and dilution. The configuration is based on the required concentration. During the configuration process, the water inflow must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter, so as to ensure that, The concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged.
Working principle
The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the curing tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the dosing process continues. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process is restarted automatically. The batching tank and curing tank are equipped with agitators to fully ensure the dilution and curing of flocculants. In addition, when the solution in the storage tank is insufficient, it will touch the lower level alarm system, and all systems will stop alarming.
