It realizes continuous unmanned operation and saves a lot of labor costs.
2. The belt type sludge dehydrator is easily blocked. In the process of solid-liquid separation, whether it is belt type, centrifugal type or plate frame type, it is easy to block. For many years, it seems impossible for this industry to solve problems without fundamental innovation.
In order to prevent clogging, the above machine can only be washed with a large amount of water, which not only wastes water, but also increases the burden of internal circulation of sewage treatment. Once blocked, it must be shut down for maintenance, which will cause the dehydrator unable to continue to operate and affect the normal production and operation of the enterprise or society.
The filter device of the stacked screw sludge dehydrator is composed of a fixed ring and a movable ring. The rotation of the screw shaft promotes the rotation of the traveling ring, so as to continuously remove the dirt in the clearance and completely prevent clogging.
