The sludge dehydrator dewaters the sludge through the screw extrusion principle. The sewage added with flocculant enters the filter cylinder and is pushed forward by the screw shaft. Under the pressure, the water is filtered out from the gap between the high-precision fixed spiral and the movable spiral, and the sludge cake is squeezed forward to achieve the dehydration effect. Working Principle

When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral blades. As the screw pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and the sludge begins to dehydrate under the effect of the pressure. The water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the movable ring to clean the filtering gap, which is not easy to block, The sludge cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the spiral shaft after dehydration.

Structure Introduction

1,Metering tank The sludge is transported to the metering tank through the sludge transfer pump, and the excess part is returned to the sludge storage tank from the return pipe .

2,Flocculation mixing tank The metered sludge is fully mixed with the injected polymer flocculant in the flocculation mixing tank to form a good alum flower.

3,Dehydration body After the sludge enters the dehydration body through the sludge inlet, gravity concentration occurs instantaneously in the concentration section of the front section, most of the filtrate is discharged, and the dehydration section is fully dewatered due to the continuous rise of the internal chamber pressure.

4, Sludge outlet/concentrated sludge discharge Make the sludge more fully dewatered and discharge from the sludge outlet in the form of sludge cake. The sludge thickener discharges concentrated sludge through the sludge outlet, and no back pressure plate is set at the sludge outlet side of the sludge thickener.
