Product Description
Lamella Clarifier System Introduction The lamella clarifier system tank is a new type of high-efficiency sedimentation device developed on the basis of ordinary sloping plate sedimentation. It is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment with advanced technical performance, which is mainly used as the primary sedimentation tank. When the sewage treatment plant is limited by the floor space, the existing sewage treatment plant taps the potential or expands the treatment capacity.
Lamella Clarifier System Working Process
The wastewater enters the pool from the inlet pipe and flows down through the middle water inlet chamber, it is reflected by the deflector plate, and then enters the tilt plate through the inlet water distribution.As the wastewater flows upward, the solid particles are settled on the parallel tilt plates assembly, and then slide into the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sediment hopper.The clarified liquid exits the tilt plate and water collecting channel by top water outlet road, then gathering into outlet sink via its adjustable weir plates. The water outlet tube in the tank will discharge the water outside.In the sludge hopper, the sludge is concentrated and discharged through the sludge outlet.
Features 1. Small footprint. Only 1/5 of the length of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, but improve the sedimentation efficiency by 3-5 times. 2. Highly integrated, easy to install, effectively save the project time.
3. Adopt inclined plate sedimentation, no blockage in inclined pipe.
4. The accumulated sludge automatically falls into the slag bucket. Convenient to discharge the sludge, which reduces the labor intensity of slag removal. 5. Agitators, chemical tanks and mixing reaction tanks can be customized. Coagulation treatment for sewage at the same time, expanding the function. 6. Easy to operate, maintain and clean.
