1.Why Air Cooler Need To Be Cleaned Frequently?
Why air coolers should be regularly cleaned is in general well known, by inlet coolers, shell & tube type coolers or heat exchangers in general causes contamination a reduction of heat transfer and a loss of efficiency.
Other reasons for cleaning are e.g. hygiene (micro bacterium) or safety with organic contamination in combination with an oxygen rich atmosphere.
2.How Ultrasonic Cleaner Work For Air Cooler.
Ultrasonic cleaner is using ultrasonic wave for cleaning which frequency is over 20KHz. When ultrasonic wave come into water or other liquid, it will cause cavitation among water. Cavitation will cause millions of bubble rising and breaking. When bubble is breaking around air cooler, high pressure will appear in the near zone which will peel the molecular level contaminant from the air cooler including agricultual dust and ash.
