Important features of the Ultrasonic Cleaner 

The stainless steel tank (SUS 304) is 1 mm thick, ensuring a long service life for these ultrasonic cleaners. The seamless panel housing is particularly important as it prevents water and moisture from escaping through contact with the electronics in the unit. The smooth bottom of the tank improves cavitation and reduces the possibility of corrosion. The cleaner is equipped with a high Q industrial transducer, which provides powerful ultrasonic effect performance. The ultrasonic transducer is activated by a separate ultrasonic excitation generator (PWM controlled), which has passed the 4200V high voltage test and high voltage isolation test, allowing the cleaner to work safely and with consistent ultrasonic results. The generators are designed and manufactured in our own factory using high-quality components. The skymen ultrasonic cleaning bath is heated by an MCH heating chip. The actual water temperature varies slightly from the reading on the board, within ±1°C.

How ultrasonic cleaners work

Ultrasonic cleaners create cavitation bubbles by emitting sound waves into the liquid. These bubbles, which are very small (microscopic), flow into the liquid and enter the contaminated part through cracks or openings. As it flows, the bubbles collide with the surface of the object being cleaned and collapse, releasing the energy that throws dirt onto the surface. Because the energy dissipation is constant, the liquid heats up and the heat leads to more effective cleaning. Using the ultrasonic cleaner is very easy. Place the cleaning products in the basket provided. Place the basket carefully into the ultrasonic cleaner. Fill the tank with water or a cleaning concentrate solution. Immerse all items in the cleaning solution. Set the ultrasonic timer according to the type of contamination and the degree of contamination of the cleaning objects as required by the cleaning process. When cleaning is complete, wait for the liquid to cool down and then carefully remove the trolley. Rinse the items with clean water. Drain the open dirty cleaning fluid from the ultrasonic cleaner. Wipe the water tank with a soft cloth.

Important warning
After 240 minutes of ultrasonic cleaning, the ultrasonic cleaner should cool down for 30 minutes
Ultrasonic operation releases a certain amount of energy which heats the liquid in the tank
Do not turn on the heater or ultrasound without liquid in the tank as this may damage the ultrasonic cleaner
Do not throw objects into the tank or hit the unit
