Professional High Temperature Vacuum Furnace For Non Metal Ceramic / Sic Carbide
Features and Benefits:
High Temperature Vacuum Sintering Furnace is used in Sm-Co, AlNiCo, metal mesh, cemented carbide, ceramic materials, photoelectric coating materials, graphite purification, magnet material and rare refractory metals, alloys (tungsten, Mo, W-Cu alloy) vacuum sintering process, also support atmosphere sintering. Max temperature could be achieve 2200C. This equipment was based on international excellent equipment technology, after many times improvement.
The control system of vacuum furnace was controlled by PLC, temperature was controlled by intelligent temp controller, accurate control, high automation. User can choose auto or manual undisturbed switching to operate it, this furnace has abnormal condition alarming function, easy to operate.
Environmental protection performance has been improved, maintenance cost saving, energy cost saving.
Applications: For Non-metal ceramic,Sic carbide.

3. We offer 12-month warranty for this gas pressure sintering furnace. If equipment failure happens, our after-seals personnel will respond within 24 hour after being notified, and if on-site assistance is required, our personnel will arrive at the site within 48 hours. They will check and repair the equipment until it works normal again.
4. If any loss or damage arises during the warranty period from equipment quality, we will offer free replacement or repair. If it’s not due to quality, or it’s caused by customer’s negligence or improper operation, customer can contact us for paid technical assistance.
