Before 2006, the factory is formed as forged workshop, no been registered. The year of 2006 was exist as a starting for Changsheng Titanium Co. The factory is located in today’s No.26 Baotai Road Weibin District, Baoji City,Shaanxi Province. The factory is major in forging ,continuing the previous processing mode, but the scales has expanded nearly 30 times, and was on the right track. In 2008, it passed ISO 9001 certification.
In 2010, Baoji City Changtai Metals Trading Co.,Ltd was registered, with capital of one million yuan. The legal person was Zhao Wenli. It was located in today’s No.26 Baotai Road Weibin District, Baoji City,Shaanxi Province.

Our independently developed and produced super large and super thick titanium powder sintered porous plate has won the national, provincial and municipal science and technology progress award and national defense contribution award for its precise size and advanced technology. Our main products are titanium and stainless steel sintered porous materials, and we also develop and produce nickel and nickel-based alloy sintered porous materials, such as MONEL, INCONEL sintered porous materials and intermetallic compound sintered porous materials such as rare, NiAl, Fe3Al, and TiNi, etc.

| Our Team: | Till now, we have three main production lines to make titanium and titanium alloys. The two is for titanium materials, included titanium bar/ forgings, titanium plate stocks, titanium tube/ pipe fittings and so on. The other is for customized machine parts, for example, heat exchanger, radiator, auto exhaust pipe, titanium bike, and titanium electrode etc. Mainly for North American, Southeast Asia,Europe and Russia.

In 2018, Baoji Special Steel Titanium Industry Co.,Ltd was set up, shared by Changsheng Titanium.Co. Currently it is the largest tube rolling plant in local. In 2018, Baoji City Enst Metal Co.,Ltd was established by Changsheng Titanium Co---the biggest shareholder. Ernest is the largest rod rolling mill in local.
In 2019, Changsheng is designated only to sale titanium electrode by Northwest Research Institute.This is the first government-supported project ,which Changsheng reached with the state-owned enterprise.In the promotion of titanium anode products, Changsheng company has successfully transformed from a trading company to an industrial and trade integrated enterprise.In the same year, relying on the strong technical strength of the northwest institute, Changsheng sales grew by 30%.The estimated sales volume in 2020 is 30 million RMB.
