Introduction to common schemes:
1. Surface covering fabric adjustment
Some properties of the burner are strengthened by adjusting the parameters of the covering fabric on the burner surface.
For example, the customized K2000/180-ULT, on the basis of the original conventional metal fiber fabric K1400, has strengthened the tempering resistance of the surface fabric, and is suitable for a variety of combustion scenarios with higher requirements for tempering resistance.
2. Special design of perforated metal plate
The problems of flame distribution, blockage, combustion resonance and poor ignition in application are solved by adjusting the hole type of the primary air distribution plate of the burner.
For example, special three-dimensional structure holes can improve the passing rate of dust and the maximum dust capacity of the surface covered fabric, and extend the maintenance cycle of metal fiber burners.
3. Design of external structure
Through the structural adjustment of the burner, the inapplicability of the original traditional cylindrical and planar furnace heads in some heat exchange systems is solved.
For example, cone type, internal combustion type, column type local flame type, etc., the customized shape structure can meet the special heat transfer requirements.
4. Change in combination mode
1) Two or more different metal fiber fabrics are used to improve the stability of combustion and reduce the occurrence of various abnormal conditions.
2) Remove the original surface covering fabric, design a special hole combination primary distribution plate, and add gas distribution components. The stable operation of the combustion head without fabric covering can be realized in a certain power range.
For example, double-layer covering of metal fiber fabric combustion head reduces the resonance probability of furnace head; The cost of steel tube furnace head is greatly reduced, and the problem of furnace head blockage is eliminated.
