316L Sintered Filter Elements Recycled Water Filtration & Sea Water Filtration
Stainless steel sintered filter element cartridge plays an important role in the filtration of heavily contaminated gases, liquids and steam. With the help of the inherent properties of stainless steel, stainless sintered metal filter element cartridge filter does better job in resisting high temperatures, differential pressures and corrosive environments than paper or synthetic fabric.
Stainless steel elements can be plain, pleated cartridge & cylinders to suit the filtration conditions. Pleated structure enlarges the filtration area and improves the efficiency. We have professional engineers to design special stainless steel filter for you.
Applications of 316L Sintered Filter Elements Recycled Water Filtration & Sea Water Filtration :
●Filtration in Chemical Processing: Removal of precious metal catalyst from an organic intermediates stream
● Gases: Filtration of fine particles in nitrogen stream
● Polymers: Removal of gels and black specks in polyethylene, polypropylene, and fluorinated polymers
● Power Generation Plants: Remove iron oxide and other impurities from condensate water
● Food/Beverage: Removal of iron oxides in steam service; removal of pulp from fruit juices
● Oil field injection water filtration: guard filtration of seawater desalination reverse osmosis
● Water: Pure water production; pre-filter of RO membrane; After- filter of sterilizing unit of beverage; high-temp. circulating water filtration in electric power plant; sewage treatment, and so on
