Duplex Steel Sintered Conical Filter Element Used In Laboratory Fluid Bed
Jumao metal sintered conical filter element can be composed of layers of wire cloth to create a filter material with higher strength and rigidity. The multi layer meshes form an ideal uniform filtration structure. The material and structure maximise the flow area, effectively reducing resistance and ensuring reliable operation. Sintered conical filter elements take the advantages of good permeability, high holding dirty capacity, large filter area, long service life, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and cleanable, can be used for many times, it is widely applied in the filtration system of petroleum and chemical industry.
Temporary filter also named temporary strainer and sintered conical filter element made of perforation mesh or weave mesh is designed to offer excellent protection for expensive pumps, values meters and other mechanical equipment. It is installed between flanges, once debris and sediment are collected in the filter, the fluid flow is interrupted, you can remove and clean the filter, or replace it.
Structure and characteristics of sintered conical filter element:
1) Standard five-layers sintered wire mesh consists of protective layer, precision control layer, dispersion layer and two or more reinforcing layers;
2) High Strength: Five layers of different wire mesh are sintered in vacuum environment, It produces high mechanical strength and compressive strength;
