The Sintered Filter Elements from JUMAO are made for applications that require the highest level of purity. JUMAO builds each sintered filter elements according to your needs and specification, so every item is a perfect fit. We builds strainers, fuel filters and more for the highest level of performance, health and safety in air filtration and system performance. The sintered stainless steel woven wire mesh filter elements are made according to exact specifications to filter liquids and gases according to precise tolerances. Specialty tooling ensures uniformity across all units and ultrasonic cleaning with sealed packaging ensures every mesh filter disc is delivered uncontaminated and ready for installation.
A single-layer or multi-layer precision filter mesh that is produced using a novel sintering process, JUMAO offers the following sintered filter elements:
• a superior, mechanically strong structure
• fabricated shapes without expensive support structures or joining strips
• can be reused as the structure allows repeated cleaning, providing an economical choice.
• non-shedding media that provides resistance to mechanical abrasion
• easily custom-engineered to meet required specifications of materials, strength, flow requirements, thickness, micron rating and environment
• depending on atmospheric conditions, it can be used in temperatures up to 540ºC (1004ºF), with intermittent operating peaks up to 650ºC (1202ºF)
• primarily made from 316L stainless steel, it is also available in Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel materials for use in the most aggressive environments
• resistance to most chemicals.
