Small Resistance Sand Filter Screen , Sintered Mesh Filter Elements
Jumao Sand Filter Screen are made from multiple layers of woven wire cloth sintered together into a rigid porous medium. The various wire mesh layers are selected to achieve accurate particle size control while maximizing flow rates. Jumao’ proprietary sintering process metallurgically bonds each stainless steel wire to adjacent wires and layers of screen. This yield self-supporting filter media, which do not deform even under extreme pressures.
Sintered Sand Filter Screen is made of multi-layer sintered woven wire mesh. The sizes and styles could be customized.The filter rating is from 1 micron to 200 micron. It provides excellent performance such as uniform and stable precision and high strength, so it is ideal filter medium for applications requiring high compressive strength and uniform filtering particle.
Due to the stainless steel material, the sintered Sand Filter Screen has excellent properties of resistance corrosion and resistance high-temperature. It is a common use industrial filtration tube for liquid and gas filtration, used in petroleum, polyester, pharmacy, chemical fiber, food and beverage, and water treatment.
Sintered Stainless Steel Sand Filter Screen Tube Features:
1. Filtration rating from 1µm to 250µm.
2. The minimum outer diameter can be as small as 10mm.
3. High mechanical strength, and can maintain a steady filtration performance under high pressure.
4. This type of cylindrical sintered filter element is easy to clean, especially for backwashing.
