Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Filter For Filter Liquids In Machines
Wire Mesh filters are made from metal and used to filter liquids in machines, industrial equipment and many other applications of large and small sizes. A Wire mesh filter usually consists of very fine strands of metal stacked on top of each other. Any material that isn’t small enough to pass through the very tiny gaps between the pieces of metal are caught in the mesh.
Wire Mesh Filters are made using a variety of different types of metal, but stainless steel is the most common because it is easy to clean and highly resistant to corrosion. Wire mesh filters are manufactured in a variety of types that have different uses. Some filters are very fine so that they let only the smallest particles through, while others are larger and only hold back large particles in a stream.
High frequency plasma-arc welding equipment is utilized to fabricate the elements in-house. Motorized X-Y linear motion and rotary turntables are used to precisely position the work under the welding arc for consistent, high quality element production.

| Wire mesh filter is in the shut direction and is woven in both plain and twill weave patters. We use stainless steel woven mesh 304, 304L, 316, 316L as filter media in the patterns of plain, twilled, dutch weave.
| Panel Filter is made of heavy gauge galvanized steel frame, with the filter media bonded to the frame with high strength adhesive on all sides. Panel filters are used for coarse filtration for removal of particles.

| Pleated filter elements are made of quality stainless steel woven wire cloth with micron opening. The alternative filter media can be sintered fiber web imported from Belgium.
