Sintered Stainless Steel Basket Filter Elements With Two Layers Square Screens
The sintered basket filter elements are manufactured from 316L stainless steel mesh so can be cleaned and reused time and time again.JUMAO sintered basket filter elements are available in a rang of removal ratings from 5um so can be used for fine,medium or coarse clarification or as a pre-filter to finer filters downstream,They are available as single,double or triple length baskets and in different diameters.
JUMAO supply sintered screen basket filter elements or flat plate filters for relatively low-viscosity fluids. Exposing the flow to a higher effective filter area results in superior filtration – and for critical applications, an array of screen filters can be inserted at certain points in the flow for even better results.
These sintered basket filter elements can be manufactured using perforated plate supporting a fine woven wire mesh. The material and the specification of the mesh depend on the type of fluid as well as the type of impurity to be filtered.
