Dutch weave woven wire cloth is mainly made of stainless steel wire and brass wire. It can be divided into plain dutch weave woven wire cloth, twill dutch weave woven wire cloth and reverse dutch woven wire cloth.

1. Plain dutch weave
Plain dutch weave woven wire cloth is similar as plain weave woven wire cloth. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next adjacent wire.

 
Plain dutch weave woven wire cloth has two sizes of wire diameter. The weft wires has thinner wire diameter, which is woven tightly together to provide a tight mesh for filtering. The warp wires has coarser wire diameter, which provides strength to the woven wire cloth.
 
Dutch weave woven wire cloth is mainly made of stainless steel wire and brass wire. It can be divided into plain dutch weave woven wire cloth, twill dutch weave woven wire cloth and reverse dutch woven wire cloth.Dutch weave woven wire cloth is mainly made of stainless steel wire and brass wire. It can be divided into plain dutch weave woven wire cloth, twill dutch weave woven wire cloth and reverse dutch woven wire cloth.
Characteristics
♦ Zero aperture.
♦ It is solid than square and rectangular mesh.
♦ The open area is relatively higher than the other weave.

Application
Plain dutch woven wire cloth is used for separation of solids and clear filtration of liquids, as in the cleaning of fuels or hydraulic liquids, or in water treatment in chemical, mining industry.

2. Twill dutch weave.

It is the extension of the twill weave. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent
complementary wires, which is similar as twill weave.
 
The wire diameter of warp wire is larger than weft wire. The mesh count in the weft direction is greater than the warp direction. Dutch twill weave enables the weft wires to be woven more densely and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved.
 
Twill dutch weave is capable of supporting greater loads than the dutch weave. It has finer openings than the twilled weave. It isused for filtering heavy materials.

♦ High resistance due to tight wire position.
♦ Extreme low absolute grade of fineness (down to 5 – 6 μm).
♦ Heat resistance.
♦ Acid and alkali resistance.
♦ Corrosion and rust resistance.

Application
It is the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications, such as aero-space and fuel.
 

3. Reverse dutch weave woven wire cloth

The apparent difference of Reverse Dutch Weaving compared with standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires. Reverse Dutch woven stainless steel wire cloth offers finer filtration and finds popular application in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmacy and other fields.

Through constant technological innovation and improvement, we can produce stainless steel wire mesh of various specification in reverse Dutch weaving patterns.

This filter screen is woven from high-tensile strength stainless steel wire, in reverse dutch twill pattern and finished in ribbon/belt form with a standard roll length of 10 meters. So it is called with belt filter screen or screen filter belt forscreen changer or auto screen belts.

3. No fluctuation of material flow, no product deformation, excellent quality stability
4. No waste product or waste material, and little material consumption occur when the screen changer works.

1.How is wire mesh priced?
Pricing for wire mesh is based upon quantity required. Generally speaking, the larger the quantity you request, the better pricing per unit you will receive. The most common way pricing is provided is by the square foot. Abbreviated as SQFT, square foot pricing multiplies the width of the piece or roll of mesh by the width of the piece or the roll.
2.Is shipping included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include shipping costs. As a rule, when pricing is provided, delivery is considered FOB Origin.
3. What about large quantities or custom manufacturing?
Pricing for large quantities and custom manufacturing is provided on a case by case basis and can submitted directly to our sales team;
4.Sample policy
At this time,Is only able to offer samples for items readily available from stock. Samples for non-stock, custom manufactured, or items sold only in full 100FT rolls may not be available to purchase as a sample. This is unable to accept returns for sample orders.
