These hdpe pipe welding Machines, BRHD-450/500/630, are manually 380V welding machine, used for the welding job of plastic pipe which is made of PP, PVDF, PE and HDPE materials. The diameter range of BRDH-450 is from Φ 280mm to Φ 450mm. And the range of BRDH-500 is from Φ 315mm to Φ 500mm. The range of BRDH-630 is from Φ400mm to Φ630.
Characteristic:
(1) It is composed of four parts: operating platform (hydraulic and electric systems), clamps, heating plate and milling cutter.
(2)The clamp is detachable,which can be used for welding the special pipe fittings (tee, elbow, flange, etc.). (3)The clamp is separated from the operating system, and it is easy to operate on site.
(4)The clamp uses the double - card structure, which is accurate and easy to adjust the error variable.
(5) The hydraulic system is used to control the butt pressure which can make the pressure accurate and the operation stable.
(6) Using the electric solenoid valve to control the oil cylinder running more convenient and reliable.
(7) The heating plate uses the electronic temperature control, and the digital display is accurate and intuitionistic.
(8)Tool box including spare blades, thermocouple, quick couplings, sealrings, spanner and screwdriver, etc.

Equipment characteristics
1. Apply to the pipe working job on site, for connecting PE/PP/PVDF/HDPE pipes. Also HDPE Butt Welding Equipment can be used to make pipe fittings in the workshop.
2. Composed of frame rack, milling cutter, heat plate and bracket.
3. Use the precision temperature control system to control the temperature of the heating plate, and which is coated with PTFE.
4. The rack is made of aluminum alloy for the light structure design.
Application:
The hdpe fusion machines can be used for welding pipes which are made of HDPE,PP,PP-R,PVDF materials and etc. Also the HDPE pipe butt fusion machine can be used both on site and inside. Different series machines ,can be used for welding different diameter pipes. As the BRDH-450 is suitable for pipe that the diameter is from Φ 280mm to Φ 450mm. And the BRDH-500 can be used for pipe from Φ 315mm to Φ 500mm. The BRDH-630 is from Φ400mm to Φ630.
