BRDHS-200-2A BRDHS-200-4A Manual Plastic Pipe Welding Fusion Machine
This two BRDHS series pipe soldering machines, are manual 220V pipe welding machines, used for the pipe diameter from Φ 63 to Max. Φ200mm.
One has two clamps on the frame called 200mm-2A welding machine. Another called 4A-200mm that has two pairs clamps. And they are all portal manual welding machines.
All these two machines can be used for plastic pipe welding job, that is made of PP, PVDF, PE and HDPE materials.
(1)It is composed of three parts: pipe clamps, the heating plate and the milling cutter.
(2)The clamps use the double jacket structure, which is easy to adjust the error variable.
(3)Using the wire rod drive structure in order to transmit smoothly and operate easily.
(4)It has the function of pressure display and pressure protection.
(5)It can display the butt pressure.
(6)Using electronic temperature control for high precision.
