11.7kw Power Saddle Pipe Fitting Welding Machine to melt 800mm saddle type PE pipe

Saddle shaped poly pipe welding machines with electrical and hydraulic control system integrated with the machine frame rack. Both BRMH-630 and BRMH-800 belong to the BRMH series saddle shaped hdpe pipe welding machines. Use 380V/415V voltage to drvie the machine for fusion welding plastic pipe.

This machine is used to melt the connection surface and the saddle type pipe inner surface ,then push the saddle pipe to the main pipe, keep the pressure,and cooling to the ambient temperature. Mainly use for connecting main pipe and branch pipe.

The process is like this : hold the pipe, clean the connecting surface and marking the line, heating, withdrawing welder,adjust position, push the branch pipe to the main pipe, keep pressure and cooling.

(1) Before connecting pipe, support and fix the lower part of the connecting part of the pipe with a bracket.

(2) We should use scrapers, fine sandpaper and clean cotton cloth to clean the oxide layer, dirt and other factors that will affect the quality of the connection, and make the connection mark line.

(3) Use the saddle welding device (temperature set)to heat the both inside and outside of the pipe.Pull back the welder immediately when the heating done, and check the position then push the saddle pipe to the main pipe , keep the pressure until the temperature cooling down to the ambient temperature. When the branch pipe is pushed to the main pipe, it should be corrected promptly if it is found to be skewed.
