Main technical features:

TYZ-1500 type trenchless directional drilling rig has advanced and simple structure, high efficiency and low oil temperature. The main hydraulic components, engine and mud pump are selected from domestic and foreign famous brand products. The main machine adopts steel tracks and rubber shoes, which is convenient for walking on all kinds of roads. It can ensure that the drilling rig is convenient to prepare the drill within the full drilling angle range, the drilling rig has good stability, and the overall shape is beautiful.

1. The drilling rig adopts a split structure. The main engine power, main engine and control room are completely separated. According to user requirements, the rig power station can be equipped with a crawler walking system.
2. The main engine can adopt crawler walking or platform self loading and unloading. The crawler structure is equipped with engine power of 100-145KW, and the platform self-loading structure is equipped with engine power of 45KW.
3. Power hydraulic of drilling rig
    (1) The main hydraulic components of the drilling rig are all domestic and foreign well-known brand products. The drilling rig has strong power and is equipped with four Volvo engines. Four of them can run at the same time, and they can run in parallel in groups of two. If one diesel engine is damaged, other diesel engines It can also run as usual, greatly improving the safety of construction.
    (2) The rotary push-pull adopts a closed system, and the auxiliary circuit adopts an open load sensing system.
    (3) The hydraulic valve set equipped with the drilling rig has both electric and manual functions. If the circuit fails, the manual operation can be operated as usual.
    (4) The unique torque digital setting system can set the size of torque and pull back force according to the engineering and drill pipe parameters, and the display is intuitive.
    (5) The temperature of the hydraulic system is automatically controlled, and the amount of heat dissipation can be set according to the ambient temperature.
    (6) The hydraulic pressure of the mast and track can be disassembled, which is convenient for transportation.
4. Clamping releaser:
    (1) The three-jaw closed structure is more conducive to the reliability of drill pipe shackle.
    (2) The clamping force is adjustable. The operator can adjust the clamping force according to the specifications of the drill rod and engineering needs, which can extend the service life of the drill rod and jaws.
　 (3) The structure of the clamping releaser is compact, and the clamping releaser can be reliably clamped and released even when the drill pipe joint is very short.
    (4) The gripping releaser travels all the way to ensure the withdrawal of the drill pipe joint at any position.
5. Power head:
    (1) The push-pull movement of the drilling rig is changed from sliding friction of the slideway to rolling friction of the roller, reducing power loss.
    (2) The floating structure of the main shaft avoids the abrasion of the drill rod when it is withdrawn.
    (3) The unique mandrel structure avoids stress concentration.
6. The drilling rig is equipped with a crane to facilitate the handling of drill pipe and reamer during construction.
