40mm Stainless Steel IP68 Cable Gland 304, 316, 316L M40x1.5 Thread with Silicone Seals for Cable O.D. 22-32mm is made in non-magnetic stainless steel material type AISI304, AISI316 or AISI 316L and is available with Metric connecting thread. It is designed to permit the entry of cables into electrical equipment or component which provide earthing, bonding, insulation, sealing, retention and strain relief, and offer mechanical supports for the cables.
It has the good capability of chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and they have also the ability of high tensile strength, high tenacity, good water resistance, excellent bending protection and long service time. They are highly resistant to dust, dirty, seawater, acid, alcohol, oil, fire, grease and common solvent and are popularly used in the applications of shipbuilding, electrical and electronic technologies, telecommunications, automatic control, power supplies, solar PV modules, Inverters, lightings, surveillance cameras, plant engineerings, machines and other harsh or corrosive environment, etc.
